I ordered two of these for my in-laws house and installed them. They love them! The look is elegant and the ability to custom order sizes is a big plus.. I highly recommend this product. Delivery was fast and the packaging was above and beyond for protecting the handrails.
Great handrail. The spacing is more than 4 inches, so it is not technically too cold here in the Pacific Northwest. But is it it is a fantastic handrail very sturdy and well built. It works perfectly on our three step tread for our exterior space where we didn’t want to have a feature rail.! It’s perfect!!

Very nice product and correct fitment everything need it was included on my order , but I would like to give a suggestion PLEASE PLACE A “PAINT” sticker to little jar with paint included for touch ups because I didn’t know what it was and my wife opened to sideways and all paint came out stained our wood floor !!! PLEASE JUST PLACE AN SMALL LABEL AND WILL HELP A LOT !!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

These American-made hammered wrought iron handrails are not only beautiful but strong. They can add a nice touch to any decor. I bought them to replace the existing wood and brass rails to help evoke my home’s Country French theme. It is gratifying that I was able to support American craftsmanship with this purchase.

The handrail is perfect for our tenants; they are able to move up and down the outside stairs now with ease and no worry about slipping or falling. A perfect item and it was easy to install!
Loved the quality, craftsmanship, look and feel of the 6' SI handrail I ordered. My rail was packaged magnificently, expeditiously delivered and was super easy to install. I was kept advised of every step the order & delivery process. All required hardware and finishing paint was included. My SI rail and my experience with SI far exceeded my expectations.
One of the two handrails were broken. I have emailed the company two days ago but have not heard back yet
