Multiple piece handrail needs improvement

the handrail is stout. The finish is okay and chips and scratches easily. The mounting bolts are stainless color and look amateurish when contrasted to the black finish. The joint between the lengths of handrail are nearly impossible to align for a smooth transition between sections and a single piece handrail would have been my prefered option. There needs to be a way to secure the joint prior to mounting to the brackets on the wall. Also, I couldn't find video or instructions for the multiple section handrail we purchased.

Overall, it works but if I had seen one installed prior to purchase I would have paid the extra for the one piece 8' rail.

Very good product

Some printed installation instruction should be provided. That said, you tube videos were clear. However, I would emphasize or stongly recommend drilling pilot holes for the self tapping screws. I did not do this, and consequently needed to exert quite a bit of force. I used a Rigid driver set on 2 (out of 3) on the torque setting to drive the self tapping screws.
