Handrails are beautiful and super durable. The seller worked with us to powder coat these with our custom colour and the length was spot on. Hardware provided with some extras. Items were packaged really well and took me over 30 min. to unpack. No scratches or blemishes on product.
Some minor critiques (FYI)
1) the estimated delivery date given by etsy is not accurate. This is etsy's fault not the seller.
2) The seller communicated well during the ordering process, but I do wish he'd been a little proactive and inform us of late ETA (2+ weeks late).
3) The screws do not tap into the metal all that well & needed pilot holes. Some slipped & scratched rails
4) The method of joining two rails is not perfect and could result in 1-2mm gaps during installation. This is not seller's fault, just a potential consequence of the design.
