Perfect hand rails, but shipping is very slow and difficult.
I ordered two of these for my in-laws house and installed them. They love them! The look is elegant and the ability to custom order sizes is a big plus.. I highly recommend this product. Delivery was fast and the packaging was above and beyond for protecting the handrails.

There were no holes drilled into the handrail to attach the mounting brackets for I have no idea how I am going to mount the handrail to the wall.
Great quality and quickly delivered. Just perfect for our 1939 Spanish Colonial style house, without breaking the bank. Installation was a little harder than expected, but that's down to two people bickering over measurements and geometry. We also ended up getting some smaller screws and washers for the wall mounting, as they came with what looked like masonry bolts and we have lath and plaster walls. Easy enough though and they look great.
